I had been in the mortgage trenches as a Loan Officer assistant since May 2013, inspired by my dad who’s been rocking the mortgage industry for as long as I can remember.

Starting Void Marketing was kind of a no-brainer. I mean, I had nearly a decade of experience working alongside Loan Officers, and it just made sense to use that insider know-how to help them take control by generating their own exclusive leads on Facebook and Instagram. We began small, just word of mouth and a humble listing on a popular gig work platform. But boy, did it grow!

As more loan officers got wind of what we were doing and started seeing real results, their Realtor partners began ringing me up too. It turned out Realtors were also starving for a way to generate their own leads without breaking the bank. So, why not expand the magic? And just like that, we branched out to serve Real Estate pros too.
